Privacy and trust
The employer pays, but doesn't look over anyone's shoulder
No individual results for the employer
Group views without names, and only once there are enough participants. Small groups are shielded.
The member decides
Members share their own results with their coach, for a limited time and revocable at any moment.
AI with boundaries
AI through a European endpoint, with a cap per client. Each document's classification determines whether the AI may read it; confidential documents never.
People decide
The AI makes suggestions. Nothing is saved until a person confirms it.
Separated per client
Once real data is involved, every client organisation gets its own database and its own keys. The employer's IT department has no access.
Honest about where we stand
The demo runs on fictitious data. Real works council data only after a DPIA and a data processing agreement.
